Enter the Paris Story time machine and discover the history of Paris! The city opens up to you during a 50 minute multi média show in your own language taking you through the centuries from Lutèce (the ancient name for Paris) to the Paris of today.
Narrated by Jean Reno, with the Images of Yann-Arthus Bertrand and realised by the of Secret d‘Histoire teams of France 2, the Paris-Story’s movie is a real private tour, a declaration of love to the city that has been illuminating the world with its creativity, its beauty and its spirit for centuries.
Follow our guide into the secret areas of the most famous Parisian monuments. The journey, beginning on the rooftops of the Sacre-Coeur of Montmartre, to the underground lake of the Opera house, through the collections of the Louvre Museum, the « Forest» of Notre-Dame, and the top floor of the Eiffel Tower, will give you the opportunity to enter the restricted areas and discover the history of these monuments from a completely different angle. Throughout the film, hidden details and magnificent panoramas of Paris sometimes intimate and at other times majestic, will appear before your very own eyes.
After the show you can test your knowledge of Paris by using the touch screen monitors available for both children and adults or go and see the brand new interactive model of Paris! The model will allow to get to know Paris a bit better before you explore the city!
